By the time he was 21 he had a residency at Back to Basics and an A&R position at 20/20 Vision which has lead to him being involved in a wide selection of the best underground music the world over for more than ten years. Tristan continues to play alongside the leading names in dance music and gain respect wherever he graces the decks with his musical agility.
Drawing influence from across the globe his musical style is determined by his unique skills combining with fitting the right music to the situation and consistently creating special moments.
Showcasing his talent with regular guest spots at clubs such as Fabric, Below and Berlin’s infamous Panorama Bar as well as gigs in places like Ibiza, Croatia and Austria serve to reinforce his presence on the international scene. His Basics residency and the aforementioned mean that he has played alongside the likes of Francois K, Derrick Carter and 2000 and One to name a few.
Tristan’s skills and versatility range from the best in main room house through to eclectic Nu-Disco. As well as A&Ring for 20/20 Vision he also runs his own label Redux. The label has support from the likes of Greg Wilson and The Unabombers while releases from artists such as Pete Herbert and Nick Chacona continue to prolifically sell both digitally and on vinyl. As an avid vinyl collector Tristan continues to DJ both house and alternative Nu-Disco sets demonstrating his versatility and all round ability. However he is not adverse to technological evolution and the world's first hand held portable DJ device, Pacemaker, have made him their official demonstration representative.
