News | Jo Mills "Lullaby" out now on Back to Basics
The original track delivers a fine slab of modern deep tech house, rolling along with a straightforward beat and Jo Mills trademark clean, unpretentious production flavour. The simple vocal stabs and smooth synth hits are driven along by a wonderfully deep timpani that shakes some air but never interferes with the warm, round sub bass pining the groove together.
Denney produces a super remix that characterises the Basics sound, he keeps the distinctive vocal stabs yet provides an earth shattering aggressive bassline groove that will cause mayhem on any dancefloor. After the success its first release, Back to Basics returns with another gem of a package. This time we see Circo Loco resident and International DJ Jo Mills produce her debut for Basics with an excellent remix from up and coming uk producer Denney.
The EP is getting mass support and airplay all over (see reactions below) and Jo is available for bookings now.
